Why should i hire a wedding planner?

Hiring a wedding planner reduces stress, saves time, and allows couples to make smart, strategic financial decisions. We manage logistics, design unique experiences, troubleshoot issues, and bring your dream wedding to life all while you enjoy the process.

What is the difference between a wedding planner, wedding coordinator, and wedding designer?

A wedding planner assists with the entire planning process, from budgeting, vendor selection, design, and execution. A wedding coordinator (also known as a day-of coordinator) focuses on managing wedding-day logistics 30-60 days out from the wedding day, they do not book vendors or design the event. A wedding designer specializes in the aesthetics, décor, and overall theme of the event, they do not manage the logistics of the event.

How early should we book your services?

We recommend booking your wedding planner 8-12 months out. If you find yourself on a tighter deadline our team can always accommodate if the date is still available.

do you include budget management in your services?

Absolutely. We evaluate your financial commitment and track your customized budget during each step of the wedding planning process.

do you offer Partial Planning or day-of coordination?

Yes! Inquire for a custom quote on our smaller luxury wedding planning packages.

How much are your services?

Our full-service wedding planning fee is 10-15% of the final wedding costs with a retainer based on your guest count, location, and overall wedding weekend needs.

Do you work with preferred vendors or can I choose my own?

We have a curated list of trusted vendors but are happy to work with any vendor you choose. Our goal is to assemble a team that fits your vision and budget.

Yes! Our team travels all over the world to make our couples dreams come true.
